Frá og með vori 2023 verða sjóðfélagayfirlit aðeins birt rafrænt á sjóðfélagavef Gildis-lífeyrissjóðs. Sjóðurinn mun þar með hætta að senda sjóðfélagayfirlit með pósti til allra sjóðfélaga eins og gert hefur verið síðust ár.
Gildi sendir sjóðfélögum sínum tvisvar á ári slík sjóðfélagayfirlit með upplýsingum um iðgjaldagreiðslur. Það á að tryggja að sjóðfélagar fylgist með því að iðgjöld séu greidd af launum þeirra til lífeyrissjóðsins.
Sú framkvæmd að senda yfirlitin með Íslandspósti á heimili allra sjóðfélaga er komin til ára sinna í ljósi þróunar í átt að aukinni rafrænni upplýsingagjöf. Fyrirkomulagið var einnig þungt í framkvæmd, óumhverfisvænt og dýrt auk þess sem kannanir sýndu að umtalsverður hluti yfirlita var aldrei lesinn. Vegna þess hefur verið ákveðið að birta yfirlitin aðeins rafrænt.
Þeir sjóðfélagar sem vilja áfram fá yfirlitin send á pappír geta óskað eftir því með því að fylla út formið „Fá yfirlit sent á pappír" sem finna má neðst (í fæti) hér á heimasíðunni.
Ath. að það þarf aðeins að gera einu sinni og þar með verða yfirlitin til framtíðar send á pappír.
Starting in the spring of 2023, Gildi Pension Fund will stop sending pension statements by mail (on paper) to all its Fund members. Instead, the statements will be published on the Fund member website. Gildi sends such overviews to its Fund members twice a year with information about their contribution payments. This ensures that members keep track of their contributions paid from their salaries to the pension fund.
The practice of sending the overviews by Iceland Post to the homes of all mutual savings association members is now outdated considering development towards increased digital information delivery in recent years. The process was also cumbersome, environmentally unfriendly, expensive, and surveys showed that a significant portion of the overviews were never read. Therefore, it has been decided only to publish the overviews digitally.
Mutual savings association members, who still want to receive the statements on paper, can request them by filling out a form called „Get pension statement on paper" which can be located at the bottom of this website.
Note that this only needs to be done once and the statements will be sent on paper in the future.
