Gildi Pension Fund emphasises that premiums are paid electronically for both security and ease. The intention is that all such payments will be electronic at the Fund as soon as possible, and therefore, Gildi requests that employers adopt this method.
You can submit declaration reports directly from payroll systems or enter declaration returns on the payroll website. We would like to point out to employers that manuals for payroll systems should contain detailed information about setting up the sending of electronic declaration reports. Also, most software companies provide assistance if needed due to such deliveries from payroll systems.
Empluyers must use a web key to send declaration reports directly from the payroll system, and the same web key is valid for the employer website. You can apply for it by clicking on the link below and clicking on "Apply for web access". The employers’s ID number is then entered and the web key is then sent to the employer’s online banking system. There it appears under "Overview - Electronic documents" or "Online overview" under the title "Password from Gildi Pension Fund".
Please note that web keys are neither given over the phone nor sent by e-mail!
