Changes to interest terms on fund member loans

Interest rates on indexed loans are being lowered today, Friday 5 November, by ten basis points. Indexed basic loans with fixed interest will then carry a rate of 3.0%, while additional loans will carry a rate of 3.75%. The variable interest rate on indexed basic loans will be 1.70%, and 2.45% on additional loans. At the same time, the previously announced twenty basis point increase in the fund's non-indexed interest rates takes effect. From today, the rate on non-indexed basic loans will be 3.65%, and 4.40% on additional loans. The Board of Gildi has further decided to raise the non-indexed interest rates on fund member loans by 15 basis points as of Monday 13 December. The variable interest rate on non-indexed basic loans will then be 3.80%, and 4.55% on additional loans.
